The Kairos: Church Planting Support mission is to recruit, equip and support church multiplication leaders to strategically plant new church planting churches of Christ in order to produce regional church planting movements.

Seek the Future, Church Multiplication Summit,

The Seek the Future, Church Multiplication Summit, held in St. Louis, Missouri the week end of September 17, 2005 was a great success!

Over 60 attended this summit that was designed to be a time of deep reflection, discussion and sharing. Pulpit ministers from regionally influential churches across the country - representing every major geographic area in the United States - met together to explore the important issues regarding church multiplication (see The Four Questions below).

The Southwest Church of Christ, a 1300+ member church is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

The Southwest church has taken on the role of a flagship church to partner with Kairos to launch a church multiplication movement. As part of this fledgling movement the SW church is committed to planting a church a year beginning in 2005.

The Circle church of Christ, located in Corvallis, Oregon, about 1 1/2 hours south of Portland, Oregon, is involved in supporting the planting of the Cascade Hills church in Salem, Oregon.

The following Church Planting Plans have been developed by students in Dr. Stan Granberg's Church Growth classes at Cascade College. These Church Planting plans are conceptual and may or may not represent firm plans to launch a church in the specified community with a particular timeline.

Church Planters are encouraged to submit additional Church Planting Plans, provide information for the Church Plants section of kairoschurchplanting.org, and/or add a Topic ("thread") to the Kairos Forum. Submissions can be sent to plans@kairoschurchplanting.org.
