How Did Your Church Perform in 2014?

For some reason the idea of "church performance" is not one that we think about or operate from.

Is it that performance is not really godly (look at how many prophets had a miserable performance record, at least by response)?
Maybe it's that performance is based on measuring (i.e. counting) something--and we know how David's counting the warriors of Israel turned out, 1 Chronicles 21?
Or perhaps, as Donald McGavran was known to argue, living in fog may be a more comfortable context than the clarity of reality (Understanding Church Growth, pp. 64f).

The maxim "we are what we measure" seems a bit shallow, but if we don't measure anything we may find ourselves not accomplishing anything either. Kairos Church Planting has some measures that help us know how we are doing. Have a look at our 2014 annual report for an update on our measureables.
